I recently took my Ford Smax titanium xsport to o’donnels ford dealership service department, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-repair experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, both mark and padraig were welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. Both mark and padraig are both fantastic at what they do, I explained the issue I was having with my car and the problem was quickly rectified and 2 other minor jobs completed while they had my car, I was even given a replacement car while they repaired mine, when I collected my car the difference was incredible, the cost of my repair was very reasonable for the time and effort that was put into my repair. Lads thanks a million the car runs like new I will definitely be returning. Karl

Extremely impressed with the excellent service of the team at O Donnell motors. They were so quick, efficient and explained everything so clearly. Was even given a cup of tea while I waited. Will definitely use again. 5 stars!

I found the experience with O'Donnell Motors to be excellent. Both our vehicles are Ford and have always been serviced here. The whole process from booking a service to its completion was excellent. The staff are, courteous, helpful, polite and engaging. On one occasion with me, they went way beyond what I would have expected. Thank you.

A huge positive shout out to Maria at O'Donnell Motors for going above and beyond in securing a replacement mirror part for our Ford Kuga rental car at the last minute before the required return drop off time in Dublin. This certainly would of cost us several hundred dollars more in down rental time against our contract, but she tirelessly arranged for a re-routed part delivery and quick installation, resulting in a cost to us of only 32 euros! Well done Maria, you made our trip to Ireland a true holiday, Thank you! Old fashion service, true Ford value, that's O'Donnell Motors!
